This policy covers the Henry personal-assistant text messaging program operated by Volt Customs (VoltCustoms LLC). Henry provides opted-in recipients with briefings, reminders, requested replies, and updates about their plans, school preparation, business, and activities. This policy supplements our store privacy policy and applies specifically to this SMS program.
Information we use
We collect the mobile number you provide, opt-in and opt-out requests, consent timestamps and the notice version, message content, and delivery information needed to operate the program, respond to requests, and document consent. Information you choose to share with Henry may be used to personalize your requested assistance. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or verification codes by text.
Use and sharing of mobile information
We use this information to provide requested messages, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and maintain consent and delivery records. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared for those purposes.
Service providers such as our messaging provider and mobile carriers may process information only as necessary to deliver messages, operate the service, and support compliance. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. SMS consent is separate from consent to any other Volt Customs messaging program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Typically, Henry sends up to 3 scheduled messages daily, plus replies and alerts you request. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
Participation is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one opt-out confirmation, after which recurring messages stop. Reply HELP for assistance or email VoltCustoms@gmail.com. Contact that address to request access, correction, or deletion of your SMS information. Some records may be retained as needed to document consent, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable requirements.
Protection and updates
Access to program records is limited to those who need it to operate the service. SMS is not a confidential communication channel. We may update this policy and will identify the effective date on this page.
