SECTION 25 – PRODUCT SAFETY, INSTALLATION, AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

VoltCustoms LLC provides aftermarket electric bicycle lighting systems and related components designed to enhance rider visibility. These products are not safety guarantees and do not eliminate the risk of accidents, injury, or death.

Electric bicycles, bicycles, and similar vehicles inherently involve significant risks. Lighting equipment may improve visibility but cannot ensure that a rider will be seen by others or prevent collisions.

VoltCustoms products include electrical components, wiring, connectors, and battery-powered systems that require proper installation, handling, and maintenance. Improper installation, wiring errors, environmental exposure, impact damage, component wear, battery degradation, or manufacturing defects may result in malfunction or failure.

By purchasing, installing, or using any VoltCustoms product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for correct installation, wiring, mounting, and safe use of the product.
• You must verify proper function before each use.
• You must immediately discontinue use if any malfunction, damage, irregular lighting behavior, battery issue, or wiring concern is observed.
• The product must not be relied upon as the sole safety measure for visibility or accident prevention.
• Riders must follow all applicable traffic laws and safety practices at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltCustoms LLC shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from:

• Improper installation or assembly
• Incorrect wiring or battery connection
• Modification or misuse
• Failure to inspect the product prior to use
• Component failure, electrical malfunction, or battery issues
• Normal wear, environmental exposure, or accidental damage
• Third-party installation errors
• Rider behavior, road conditions, or actions of other vehicles

Use of VoltCustoms products is at the customer’s own risk.

If the purchaser is buying the product for use by a minor, the purchaser accepts full responsibility for supervising installation, inspection, and safe use of the equipment.

If you do not agree with this section, you must not purchase or use VoltCustoms products.
