Welcome to VoltCustoms LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, custom work, and any related content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by parents or legal guardians who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order or purchasing a product from VoltCustoms LLC, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor who will use the product, or that you are purchasing the product for yourself.

Minors may not purchase products directly. All purchases must be made by an adult with legal authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of the minor.

2. Services Overview

VoltCustoms LLC designs, builds, sells, and customizes battery-powered Baja-style Lights and related parts, primarily intended for recreational use by children under adult supervision.

These products are not toys and involve moving parts, electrical components, and potential risks. Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

Custom work may involve unique specifications requested by the customer and may not be refundable once production has begun.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full (or as otherwise agreed in writing) before work begins.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

For custom or commissioned work, quotes are valid only for the time specified and may change due to scope changes, material costs, or unforeseen requirements.
